Attended Alameda School K-8 and Grant, Graduating in 1980. I have remained in the Alameda area ever since. I used to play on Bryce alot with all my friends in the 60's and 70's. One of the friends was Dougie Qwan. His house was 3817 NE 33rd & Bryce. It was somewhat of a barn in the late 60's and never thought anything of it. My wife and I bought the house on 33rd & Bryce in April 08. I can see the bedroom where I grew up from my now current bedroom. I cannot find much info on this house although I found the Qwans purchased in 1950. It shows as a 1910 build.
