We purchased the home in 1990 if I remember correctly
the owner at that time was a lady named Hermance McArthur
she is said to have lived here for many years know she had a daughter
the house was spec’ed originally as a 3 bedroom 1 level
the house actually has 2 stories and an unfinished basement
5 bedrooms and 2 baths??
Also many people that stay or visit this house say that they have seen a young girl wandering in the upstairs of the home
I am not much of a believer in ghosts or spirits but I can feel her presence, We are looking for any info into the girl
